  Broken oven heating element.

  Omar responded to my request for a quote for my oven repair almost straight away and could visit the same day. The oven was in a tenanted property and I was away working but Omar was super helpful and flexible, liaising directly with my tenant for a mutually suitable time and got the repair done asap, keeping me updated throughout the process. It was my first time using Checkatrade and I wouldn’t hesitate to use it and Omar’s services again and would definitely recommend him to others.

  From the moment Omar arrived, he was professional, friendly, and efficient. He quickly assessed the issue, explained what needed to be done, and got on with it. Throughout the process, he was meticulous and took the time to ensure everything was done correctly. I was extremely satisfied with the repair he made, my washing machine is working perfectly now.
