  Really happy with the service! The engineer came out quickly, explained what was wrong, and got the appliance fixed without any hassle. Friendly, reliable, and reasonably priced. I’d definitely recommend to anyone needing appliance repairs.

  Repair of Extractor Fan

  Extractor fan repair… told tenant it wasn’t worth bothering with a repair. After a second opinion a £10 part fixed the issue. Communication horrific and didn’t even have the decency to contact the landlord to explain the issue. I have used these previously and every time I tell myself never again. This time i will definitely stick to it!!!

  Washing machine stopped draining

  Washing machine packed up - with a new baby this was an almost immediate disaster. Steve got me booked in quickly and had the machine apart and the issue diagnosed within minutes - and even had a new part on the van to fix it on the spot. We were worried about finding the cost of a new machine at a time like this - instead Steve fixed it quickly, easily and very affordably! Friendly guy with a great service - anything else goes with any of my other machines I’ve got a go-to now! Thanks!

  Quick fix at a good price

  Needed an element changing, and the man that arrived was quick friendly and polite - and a good price! He luckily had an element on him so was able to do the job on the spot. Would recommend, thank you!

  Dryer drum fix

  The tradesman came to fix an issues with our dyer not spinning. Motor issue and fixed within great time. However, since the fix there has been intermittent issues of the drum not turning still, having to dry half loads where before it was able to handle full, which believes me to feel the motor is not strong enough to handle the load the dryer should be able too. Sometimes not working at all. Tried to contact to ask regarding this and what could be done and 4 weeks later, no response still.
