  Applethorpe excellent service during our property renovation

  We chose Applethorpe through a personal recommendation. They have managed our major renovation. They have been efficient and responsive throughout the works, offering excellent advice and guidance. From the start of the project, with structural drawings including all areas of the building work, up to final finishing. The trades men on site have been polite and conscientious completing work to a high standard. Contractors have arrived in a timely manner to complete all the required work. Our experience of working with them has been really positive. I would recommend them without hesitation.

  Applethorpe Developments built an annex for me earlier this year. From the beginning they supervised all the various stages and made sure it all ran smoothly. I was really pleased with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

  Knowledgeable reliable and excellent workmanship throughout

  I found the company very reliable. Communication was terrific during the whole process - prices were discussed and all options were talked through. This made the process transparent and avoided any major surprises. Neil is very knowledgeable which increased my trust in the solutions and potential final outcomes. The workmanship was of a very high standard whether it was the employees of the company or the contractors managed by Neil.

  Extension

  Applethorpe Developments carried out an extension to our property, comprising of a utility room and a one bedroom annexe, with kitchen/lounge/diner and bathroom. Prior to commencement we received a detailed cost and time plan. The whole team were great, we were updated weekly on what would be happening and who would be on site. All works were completed in a timely manner and all trades including electricians/plumbers/painters/carpenters/kitchen fitters were very tidy, respectful and helpful. The end result is fabulous, great workmanship. Would highly recommend!
