  Thank you very much for a job well done. Really appreciate your hard work. Arrived promptly, diagnosed the problems and explained what the required fix was. Gave me a breakdown of what needed to be done, and then talked through the cost elements to fix everything. For a very good price as well. Will be making reccomendations to our neighbours. Very happy with a polite service, knowledge and efficient work. Also advice on preventing future issues.
