Max and his team delivered a brilliant service

My charger developed an intermittent fault, causing it to stop charging repeatedly. Appleby came the day after, quickly diagnosed the fault, and fixed it. They also gave me advice on how to reduce the likelihood of it happening again, and something I could try if it does. Still under guarantee, so I paid nothing fir this callout.

Very pleased with the job done by Appleby Electrical. From the initial site visit and quote, through to the organisation of scaffolding and roofers, to the installation and commissioning of the solar system, batteries and inverters - everything was done to a high standard and without fuss. Suggestions on cost savings via tariff changes and equipment choices were offered with impartial advice and no pressure to accept or decline. Smart thermostats were installed and configured. Everything was left clean and tidy at the end of the works. Would recommend without hesitation.

Great service from the team. Consistent communications and quick efficient work. Minor hassle with rescheduling due to a stock issue, but outside of their control.
