Sam was amazing! Shivani called really quickly after I posted my job, it took a bit of back and forth to figure out a timing which is why I gave an 8 but I suspect that is probably because I had an unusual job/old model of fridge. The engineer Sam that came in was amazing ! Really respectful of our home, great and efficient work and was of really good advice and well meaning. Made sure we had the most cost effective solution.

This company contacted me soon after my ad went live. Extremely efficient. Arrived on time. Gave professional feedback. Their communication was excellent especially for me as I hate dealing with late or none responsive suppliers. When I asked them to replace and supply a new double oven, everything was done to a high standard. I am a happy customer and particularly liked their office lady who was on point every time. I highly recommend them out there.
