Len was prompt to come around to carry out a quotation when requested. He and one of his team came to carry out the work on the scheduled day without any issues.

Len responded within 24 hours to request for initial quote and arranged visit for following day. Required a second visit as job more complex than initially understood, so returned within 2 weeks. Marcus split work into two - one to replace broken tiles/stop leak, and second to re-felt roof which had numerous tears. Quote agreed on task one and work completed the following morning, with work evidenced by before and after photos. Second quote to be provided. Overall, impressed by speed of response on quote and actual work, clear and friendly communication on tasks, and quality of work.
