Paul attended the same day at the agreed time. He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and able to repair the oven on the day. Very professional explained what he was doing.

I contacted Paul regarding an issue with my oven not heating. He quickly identified the likely cause after asking whether the fan was operating, which it wasn’t. Based on our discussion, he provided a very competitive quote. We agreed on a convenient date and time, and Paul sent a text 30 minutes before arriving, which was much appreciated. He arrived promptly with his son, who is learning the trade from his dad. Both were extremely polite, professional, and respectful. They diagnosed and completed the repair within an hour, with no mess left behind. The oven is now working perfectly.

Really good experience with Paul and APM. Our oven which is quite old, was unfortunately providing no heat, even though the power and electrics all seemed to be working fine. After a quick call with Paul, he was able to know the model straight away and diagnose the issue. Luckily for us Paul was in the area and able to pop by, he managed to repair the oven in a quick turnaround and the whole process was really smooth. Good communication, competitive price and would highly recommend Paul & APM.
