  I recently had new UPVC gutters, soffits and fascias fitted, along with repairs to my chimney including repointing, new flaunching and new lead work by Pat from A Plus Roofing Solutions. I’m extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the finished result. Pat was professional, reliable and took great care to ensure everything was completed to a high standard.   Significant Price Increase After Work Started – Proceed with Caution

  Quoted £12k to replace my flat roof and paid a £4k deposit. Once opened up, rotten timbers were found (not unexpected) and I accepted extra work was needed. I was then quoted an extra £13.5k (£25.5k total) just 3 days before Christmas, leaving me with very few options. After I challenged this, the price reduced several times. Another roofer completed the entire project for around £13.5k. Checkatrade received no response to my complaint and suspended their membership at the time. I have received neither a response nor the partial refund I requested. Proceed with caution.

   Yes, hello John  as we already explained to you from the first start of the job about the Timbers you wore known about them from the first start you did also tell us about the cowboy builder D had before handing to do this and the problem that they did it was all running fine so we did give you different options with the price we give you one price to fully replace it, we’re all new Timbers that you weren’t happy with then we give you a different prices to support it and replace the rotten timber and then you give the job to someone else without even telling us and then you cancelled on us now you expect a full refund so what about my guys were on the job for a few days that did some work and then you wanted to cancel the job you don’t get back your deposit

  A Plus Roofing Solutions did a great job and provided before and after pictures. Roof needed a fair bit of maintenance and I am very happy with the finished result.

  Superb Company

  I have had a full new roof gutters and Fasciias all done on my house by this company and I can only say that the work carried out is Superb and the quality of the products used are of the Highest Quality.The men carrying out the work just crack on with it and treat your property with the greatest of respect.Videos of the progressing work are sent to your phone so you are kept up to date.When the job is finished the men always clean up and any rubbish they takeaway.Many thanks Pat for your Excellent Service and your hard working men.I would not hesitate to Highly Recommend this Company.Peter
