  Trustworthy and Reliable Building and Cleaning Company

  A Plus Clean are more than just a cleaning company. They do building work in addition. This was for brickwork in the loftspace between the Party Wall with our neighbours. The company came and did the work urgently within a week of my request for them to price the job. They were quick ,efficient and left the property clean and tidy. I definitely recommend this company

  Soft wash and high heat variable pressure treatment to roof to remove moss and dirt

  Very good preplanning and description of the work, team arrive on time and manager talked us through the 2 days work, protective sheeting used to cover drive and patio, team checked with us at intervals, e.g. did we have access etc, once roof cleaning done , walls, windows, doors, drive and patio all cleaned well. We are very happy with the end result. Before the start we realised there were some loose/damaged slates, where possible the team replaced these free of charge, but where it needed a specialist roofer explained what needed doing. Would highly recommend A Plus Clean.

  Repair of broken toilet pipework

  A Plus are extremely responsive, organised and professional from the first contact through the guys doing the work and subsequent follow up. Pretty much faultless from start to finish.

  Gutter clearance and cleaning

  After a bit of confusion regarding starting times (they were very apologetic) they carried out the work and did an excellent job. They were very communicative throughout the whole process of getting a quote and arranging a time and I would have no hesitation in using them again.

  Decking cleaned

  Very kind gentleman, very polite and worked very hard. He did an excellent job and left everywhere so clean and tidy. I am very grateful and will definitely have my decking cleaned again.

  Roof clean - not using ladders or walking on our tiles! Full Insurance held

  We have used this company for patio cleaning over the last few years and have been very impressed so having been cold called by other people wanting to clean our roof by climbing on it using ladders - we called A+Plus and asked them to come and talk to us about cleaning our roof. There was no pressure to sign up immediately, we got all the info we needed, they use a cherry picker to avoid climbing on the roof, and info on the cleaning process. A perfect result. We choose the best dates for us. The guys were excellent, everything left super clean and tidy and we have a brand new looking roof.
