10 Excellent job done.

The engineer was very professional, punctual and polite. Excellent job was carried out. He was clean and tidy. A full service was done , he stripped down the whole boiler, cleaned out the inside and replaced the old time clock that had not worked in years with a new smart one, Reset the new one for the times we were looking for, on and off three times a day. He also replaced the flue cap outside the house that was badly damaged two years ago when a magpie started to eat it and completely destroyed it. Job location: SW18We’ve been using Andrew for over five years now across our whole property portfolio. He’s handled everything for us — from full boiler installations and new bathrooms to the smaller day-to-day plumbing jobs — always to an excellent standard. He’s reliable, professional, and has never once let us down. He’s genuinely a lovely guy — easy to deal with, trustworthy, and always goes the extra mile to help out when something urgent comes up. I am a fully trained engineer that started off as an apprentice for Hammersmith & Fulham Council.
With over 15 years of 24hr call outs, general maintenance and installation experience, I decided to start this company. Now fully operational the company contracts for the council, housing associations, landlords, private home owners and major contractors on and off site.
Based in West London but open to cover most of Greater London.
