We are in a fairly large development including a 3 storey building and wanted our fascias and soffits overclad with pvc. We had several quotes and chose Simon Aplin as he clearly explained his method and had the most professional approach. He did a brilliant job and replaced the old wooden fascias before overcladding. He was fast and worked in all weathers with a smile. He is very easy to get on with and just got on with the job. I would highly recommend him without reservation.

Had a problem with roof, called Simon has carried out work for us in the past. He arranged to come the next day. Fortunately the problem was fairly minor and Simon was able to carry out the repair during the visit. Great guy and very helpful. Would definitely use again.

Mr Simon Aplin arrived punctually on the day booked and despite the extremely cold weather,worked non stop for 2 days replacing all the gutters . The work quote price and the final invoice price was the same making it very affordable. I highly recommend Simon’s work as it’s very professional and exact as is his initial assessment of a problem.He is also very polite and genuinely friendly and I will definitely ask him to do more work in the future.
