Stay well clear, did media wall broke 65" TV said would claim on insurance l had to chase him nearly 12 months later, said insurance would not pay out. I paid for new TV in January 2025 Nov sent half the cost of the TV. Even though final agreement was as long as l got the price of the TV back he could keep anything extra. Lights on media wall still not right kept saying electrician was coming never happened doors have dropped. Plaster has cracked. No point telling him about doors or plaster does nothing. Comes over all nice and helpful. We are gob smacked at what he has done. Be very careful.

The job went very well from beginning to end. I had the trust in the house on my own. The customer was very pleased with the quality of the wall so much so the final bill was paid up and nothing mentioned..The wall was great, we re built, changed the brief add acoustic panels on at the end, wasn’t planned,this was no trouble.
The cracks and doors dropping first I’ve heard about this .
The issue with the Tv was makeshift diy screws, this was all resolved, the customer understood how this was and was ok, she didnt want anything for the tv however I felt we should pay half. I paid half.
