Start to finish, fantastic service from Darren and Krish at Aphex heating. Initial communications re a quote were simple and effective and Darren was completely reliable. Arrived on time, immediately put on overshoes (without being asked), listened to our requirements, provided very clear quote. Prior to the day, good communications advising what to expect. Arrived to the minute of time agreed on the day. Very respectful of our property, dust sheets, overshoes, clean, tidy. Installed boiler, chemical flush and Hive set up all within 5 hours. Very professional and thorough.

Boiler upgrade required as our old one couldn’t cope in the cold weather. I wanted a Worcester Bosch boiler and found approved installers on a website. A number of local installers made contact. Darren from Aphex Heating came round the next day. He did a survey, listened to my requirements and advised what I needed. I had other quotes but Darren gave me the most confidence and a competitive price. 2 weeks later, Darren and Kish did the install & were punctual, clean, tidy and explained what they were doing. A great job, house a lot hotter, Hive is brilliant. I highly recommend Aphex & Darren
