  I was having a problem with my electric car charger and Alex responded quickly giving a very competitive price to come and investigate for us. He was very responsive via checkatrade and came around at the time specified. He checked the charger over and confirmed it was working correctly and he was happy to talk through the checks he did and the options we had if we wanted to have a new charger installed in the future but he did not try to push this option, which was appreciated greatly as this would have been much more expensive for us. I would definitely consider using him again.
