    I used Apex to tile my entire ground floor after underfloor heating was installed. The pricing was reasonable, transparent and competitive. I had issues with other contractors & delayed deliveries of tiles so was delighted with how well Matthew and his highly effective and well-organised team - Peter, Danny, Eddie and Victor - were able to flex and reschedule around other tradesmen’s delays and still get the job done in a timely way. The work was carried out to a very high standard indeed and I have no hesitation in recommending Apex to anyone who wants top quality work by true professionals

    Great job carried out by Apex Tilers at my parents house where, in hindsight, some sub standard work had been carried out in the shower and bathroom by another contractor. Matthew was able to identify the issue, and was kind enough to keep me apprised of the progress each step of the way. He was very accommodating in working around my parents schedule as they are elderly. He completed the job within the timeline he stipulated. His quote was very reasonable, with the final price less due to a purchased item that was no longer needed. I would gladly recommend him.

    It seems clear he sub contracted the job out to another person John who brought his brother on board to the job. I will say in general the works were decent but the attention to detail was poor. They had to use some of my tools because they did not have what they needed. Some of the bottom of the architraves they cut crooked and high, gaps around corners up 1cm away from the wall so not covered, they didnt grout along any edges so i need to someone else in as they wont come back, one of the tiles they installed in cracked and some are layed uneven but seemingly they are ok with that.

    Hi Derek gaps around the perimeter under the skirtings are perfectly acceptable for expansion especially on heated screeds which this was hence the cracks and hollow sounding latex . When we arrived we stated the Architraves should of been put on after to give a seamless finish hence the skirtings not being on you then handed us a multi tool as we are tilers we didn't have a wood cutting tool you also had the threashold. John has worked for Apex tilers for 4 years obviously these very minor gaps that help with expansion and would have the skirtings fitted on top I feel 4 is un fair

    Mitch did a fantastic job.I had picked a very loud busy pattern but Mitch did an amazing job.He advised on the finish which worked really well and I am extremely happy.Mitch was punctual every day and was very helpful and friendly.Could not be more happy with results. Highly recommended.
