I was having trouble with my Freeview picture as kept freezing and stopping if cars went by. Discovered my aerial had been snapped off roof and hanging. Spoke to Apex as concerned if aerial came off roof and hit anyone and also picture. Apex said he could come next day and look and let me know. Apex came out and removed old aerial, very old, and replaced it with a new one, did look at doing in loft but decided outside was best as fully insulated recently, picture on screen is fabulous now and no worries of aerial coming off!Verified reviewerJob location: PO1210 Ariel check, new amp & removal of old ariel wires
