  Apex roofing responded quickly & gave me a quote which was a bit expensive but needed to get on with the roof repairs. The job was bigger than expected but the Apex team arrived on time & worked really hard not finishing until 8pm. Shown photos of the work done & happy with repairs. 10 year guarantee. also some neighbours decided to have some work done so a good result all round

  We had a full reroof from Apex, Michael and his team were great and professional throughout the work, very clear communication and updates all the way through, we would definitely recommend Apex.   Extensive roof repair to old property

  First time that I had any work done by Apex Roofing and Property Maintenance Ltd. Michael and his hard working team did extensive work to my very old roof. The work was carried out professionally over three days. I was kept informed by Michael on progress and on their arrival times at my property. On my first initial enquiry, Michael was very prompt in coming out to discuss the problem of a bad leak evident on the top floor. After a thorough examination of my ageing roof, it was necessary to do more work than I anticipated to prevent further damage indoors. I would recommend this Company.

  Roof leak

  I was contacted by apex roofing and property maintenance after putting a job request on bark they responded to it the same day and came the following day to do a quote for the job after a mixup with the start day the job was completed and I was kept up to date with pictures and calls when needed these guy are very experienced
