Very helpful, Ed arrived the same day we contacted him and was very knowledgeable. Boiler needed replacing and he arrived promptly thr next morning to carry out the work. Really friendly and helpful - he brought a heater for us to use as well as we had a baby and toddler in the house. Work was done quickly and he and his colleague left the place immaculate. Would 100% use APC for any boiler services in the future.
