Phil is always great on communication, work efficiently and politely and respectful at all times. A lucky find who I now rely on in any electrical emergency!

He was very professional and adept. He respected my situation with not leaving windows or doors open much (my cat is a house cat with anxiety). He communicated well with me. I have had no issues.
