Phil was recommended to me alongside a few other tilers but he stood out immediately as the most professional and approachable. His communication was clear throughout and I received regular updates. He did an outstanding job on my kitchen and toilets. The finish is flawless, he was tidy, on time, patient, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile.
