Alex has surpassed every expectation we had for our main bathroom transformation and we are so glad we put all of our trust into him and Jake to do what was needed. From his first visit to the house (and countless times after!) to the day the job started, everything was thought through with professionalism and such detail and he never said yes to something he thought wouldn't work for us. He was transparent throughout the job, always involved us and was an absolute pleasure to have around the house. We wanted hotel vibes and we absolutely got that. Thank you Alex! We had a complete bathroom re-fit replacing a bath with a walk in shower, new everything with floor and wall tiling. It is beautiful. The attention to detail was exact. Alex made suggestions for us to consider to enhance the finished project and kept us updated throughout. He gave clear explanations of how the work was being carried out and kept disruption to the home to a minimum, leaving the area clean and tidy each day. The workmanship was excellent.
