Alistair and team did a big project on our new house plus a garage conversion near Hythe (redesigning & refitting all bathrooms, laying new floors, removing wall & remodelling room, fitting a new staircase and window, new electrics & lighting, repointing chimney, complete redecorating throughout). His team is large & skilled, and they were consistently considerate and often entertaining (we were resident for much of the work). He communicates very quickly, and is always accommodating to requests and suggestions. They worked reliably and efficiently. He completed on a highly competitive budget.

After talking about it for over 2 years we finally decided to move a wall to make a home gym. We used A O’Connor as we had seen that they had done some work for a neighbour - one of our best decisions! Timeframes were stuck too, minimal mess, great communication and the guys cleared up after each day. I felt confident leaving them in the house. The finished room looks like it’s always been like that. Beyond happy. Highly recommend! No hidden costs or surprise’s. Absolute pleasure to deal with.

Ali Oconnor & his team spent 3.5 months at our house doing all the building work & fitting out a new kitchen .we also had a ensuite refurbished. They were very professional & had complements from our neighbours saying they are doing a great job. We are very pleased with the final result. We would certainly recomend Ali & his team for any building work .

This company was brilliant from start to finish quote was reasonable work started and communication day-to-day from Allistar to update on progress. Builders turned up on time with very clean as well as friendly. It was a big job as it was the main part of our living area in the house, but the builders made it as smooth as possible. The work completed is a 10 out of 10.

From the beginning of the job to the end Alistair and his fantastic team delivered outstanding work and were very aware of all my elderly mother’s needs. The team all very knowledgeable with excellent attention to detail keeping us informed throughout the process. Every evening they left the site tidy and clean. The finished work was completed on time and is spot on, we are so pleased with the result. They were a pleasure to have in the house providing us with a pain, worry free experience and my mother with a lovely bedroom en-suite that definitely meets her needs. Thank you team

Ali was reasonably priced, efficient and as expected, in demand. The work was completed a few months ago now and I've not noticed any repetition of the issues. Highly recommended.
