I wanted a quick re-furb of a flat between tenancies, and I contacted Matt after a previous project a few years ago. Matt visited the property and gave me some useful thoughts and guidance, and we agreed a scope and timeline. He got the work done in good time, and also did a number of odd jobs at the same time.
