  Anticc were brilliant. Work carried out included removing old tiles, replacing felt and battens, replacing tiles, new dry ridge system, dorma re-proofing and new "rubber" flat roofs, chimney repointing, soffits. I cannot fault the work done; superb. John and his team were excellent. Totally reliable, they worked hard even during bad weather (the job was done January-February) and were always polite and a pleasure to deal with. I was kept informed throughout the whole process. I could not be happier with the whole experience and the quality of the work done.

  New roof and damp issues treated

  We recently had Anticc Roofing & Building Ltd install a new roof on our house and treat some damping issues, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their work. John came over to assess the job and provide a quotation, and from the very start, he was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent about the process. The team did a fantastic job, working efficiently while ensuring high-quality workmanship. They kept us informed throughout the process and left everything clean and tidy once the job was done. Our new roof looks great, and the damping issues have been completely resolved.

  Damp patch removal and work to prevent it happening again.

  Initial visit to look at the damp area, what would be done and quote for the work. Just over a week later the work was done over 2 days. The 2 workmen did everything the quote entailed. I was advised on several occasions what they had done/needed to do, so I was kept in the loop throughout. Would recommend them for anyone needing similar work done on their property.
