I employed Anthony Asbestos Consultancy Ltd, to carry out a full asbestos survey on my house, including sample testing results. Terence carried out the survey in an extremely professional manner & although my own personal knowledge of asbestos is extremely limited, I found the extensive report & laboratory test results easy to navigate & understand. Also, the survey & testing was carried out within a very short timeframe. I would not hesitate to recommend AAC, for any/all Asbestos related issues.

We recently used this asbestos removal company and were extremely impressed throughout. From the outset, his knowledge was clear - Terence explained the process in detail, answered our questions confidently, and made sure we understood exactly what would be happening and why. The work was carried out with great care and professionalism. Everything was done methodically and safely, and the site was left spotless afterwards, which we appreciated. Cleanliness was clearly a priority. He was also very punctual and kept to the agreed timescales, which made the whole experience straightforward.

Terence responded to our query and provided a quote very fast which was competitive. He was not pushy. He completed the work within a fast time period despite very bad weather. We were very happy to use Terence and would recommend him.

Terence was a pleasure to deal with from the get go. He carried out comprehensive testing for asbestos before we purchased the property and gave us a well structured quote. Once we had completed on the property he removed the asbestos from all upstairs ceilings and multiple other locations in house and garage. He then arranged for all ceilings to be replastered. Terence came bk to clean up and check all work and everything was completed to an excellent standard: I am very grateful as I sadly lost my dad to asbestos related cancer so this has given me peace of mind to know we are safe.

Terence was nice and very professional. Very easy to book (even when we had to rebook due to the sellers of our property); he took samples everywhere and explained everything he was doing so we could get more information about the asbestos and possible locations and now the report makes more sense. The turnaround time for the report was quick too, just under a week. 10/10 service and will 100% recommend him.
