Had a living room skimmed recently, great work

I am very disappointed with both the work carried out, the mess that was left and their subsequent failures to return to finish off. When removing the old render, they left loads all over the garden, in the borders and on next doors property. Fresh mortar was splattered over my window and left, there is dried mortar on my roof and last week after finding the gutter was blocked I discovered lots of the old render filling the gutter. Despite promising to come back they only returned after I raised a complaint with Checkatrade. They have failed to return to fix a hole stating it is too dear !!!

Done to a good standard & sheets down to protect the carpets. Spilt water on doormat and didn’t tell me. Friendly when I spoke to them but not to my parents downstairs. When they were working to themselves I found them to be unprofessional. I sat in the room next to them working, and I must have heard the word “fu**” at least 50+ times in the space of a couple of hours. If it wasn’t swearing, it was constant moaning like they didn’t want to be there and even some inappropriate comments (to do with the current situation of the country). Maybe keep that chat for the van and not someone’s house
