  ​Anne was incredibly professional. She replied to all of my messages in a timely manner and provided several great options for replacing my bathroom fan. On the day of the appointment, she was polite, took off her shoes without being asked, and went straight to work.

  Anne responded to earlier communications quickly, promptly and with the exact information asked for. She sourced the materials needed, arrived on time, was neat and tidy in her work and left as though no work had been carried out.   Anne chased cabling and installed additional wall sockets, and installed two extra fans. So easy to deal with, quick to reply, clear in her explanations of what needed to be done and very reasonably priced. Very clean and tidy, delighted with the job. Have recommended Anne to lots of friends!

  Anne arrived to carry out requested work on time and was very professional and thorough. We needed a EICR and she patiently answered all our questions and explained the issues she found and what was needed to remediate them. This was the second time she’s carried out work for us and we wouldn’t hesitate to make use of her services again.
