Cassian arranged for all the necessary tradespeople (plumbers, plasterers, carpenter, general decorator, and waste collector) to carry out their part of the work but we didn't always know just when they would arrive. They were all polite and friendly and tidied up after themselves. The work took quite a bit longer than we expected, largely due to more extensive plasterwork being required, but it is an old house. We are very pleased with the result.
