10 Dealing with mice/rat in loft.

We were very pleased with Russell. He came promptly on his first visit and was on time for subsequent visits. He was very thorough explaining in detail what he was doing and left a written report and also a printed sheet of guidelines dealing with vermin. He also set up a movement camera to help detect. Excellent. Efficient, methodical, very professional, thorough and courteous. The rat problem was dealt with in the proposed time. Everything was clearly explained and all options discussed in detail before work commenced. Impressed that an emergency call out was responded to immediately and on a bank holiday. I was nervous when choosing someone to help me with a mouse problem in my house and was grateful to have chosen Russell at Anglo Pest Control.
