  Richard Dolan, old door lock and safety mechanism had completely failed. Necessary to source a brand new unit which was fitted and working the following day. This wasn’t a straightforward job with the new unit requiring some adjustment before fitting was achieved. Richard persisted with care and kept me politely informed of materials and price costing throughout. Excellent service

  Richard assessed the problem with our door lock immediately and ordered the relevant part. Within 2 days the lock was sorted. Richard provided a top service and is efficient and courteous. Would highly recommend him.

  Richard responded incredibly quickly to my request which was not urgent. He came the next day and kept me updated re timings. The situation was easy to resolve in this case and he was very fair with his fee . Excellent service, very trustworthy and fair locksmith.

  I had just put my request on check a trade, 5 mins later I had Richard from Angel locksmiths ringing me saying he could come today. He knew what he was doing the job was done in 10-15 mins, Richard was pleasant. Would recommend.
