Not a 5-min half arsed job you get from larger firms - the dude stayed and did a thorough job. Top marks.

We are highly satisfied with the work carried out by Andy the Plumber. He is efficient, professional and very reliable. He responded to our call promptly and arrived when he said he would. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our boiler, sourced the required parts and fitted them in a timely manner. He kept us informed throughout and did a clean job, leaving no mess. As pensioners we'recalwaysv apprehensive when we need work doing. We have no hesitation in using Andy again. Highly recommend.
