  Replastered 2 bedroom converted Victorian flat

  Andy came to check my property couple of days after contacting him and gave me a quote within the next day.He was very honest,gave me lots of options and ideas.He started the job after two weeks of giving me the quote and the job lasted exactly as long as he previewed.Andy is very hardworking,super friendly and 100% reliable. Andy & Greg always welcomed with a smile,had time for all my questions and doubts and kept me updated even when I couldn’t be in the property he video called me or texted me with the progress.I'm so grateful to have found Andy and no doubt I will be contacting him again

  Removal of Fireplace surround and cupboards

  Andy and his colleague did a fantastic job. He was able to quote from photos before coming over to confirm and fitted us in almost immediately. They asked all the right questions and paid great attention to detail. We were very happy with the work. They also put up a fence in the garden and cemented some loose bricks. They were very friendly and professional - highly recommend.

  Extension and internal floorplan redesign

  We had an extremely positive experience with the building works completed by Andy and Greg! The structural changes (knocking down an old extension, foundational works and installing several steel beams) were executed flawlessly. The plumbing and electrical work (including underfloor heating) was meticulous, ensuring seamless functionality throughout the space. Additionally, the plastering was expertly done, resulting in smooth and polished surfaces. Overall, the attention to detail and expertise provided transformed our space into a beautifully renovated area that we are delighted with!

  Removal of chimney breast, supporting chimney, rebuilding and replastering wall, opening fireplace

  I’m so glad we found Andy’s contractors! Andy was a pleasure to work with throughout the process of removing one chimney and opening up another one - this also involved getting building control approval and rebuilding/replastering walls and ceilings, as well as building a beautiful new fireplace. Andy is a great communicator, worked quickly and efficiently and did an absolutely gorgeous job. He also very kindly answered questions and talked us through every stage of the project. I would highly recommend him and will be using him again for any future work.

  Kitchen extension

  Andy was quick to come and quote for extending my kitchen. His quote was very competitive compared to other builders we had over. He gave us regular updates on the work and all of his team were always polite, friendly and respectful. Always willing to ammend his work to fit around our schedule. I recommend this company to anybody who wants a stress free project to be completed by a true professional.

  Steel beam installation

  Andy and his team were a godsend, helping us recover a poor and unsafe steel beam installation job by previous contractor on our victorian property. They demonstrated great experience and skill, and were able to create a stunning result from what can only be described as a botched job. Always polite and friendly and despite it being a very messy job, left the place looking immaculate.
