Andy was very easy to discuss the issues with, applied his knowledge and offered solutions that would save a pound or two, as well as offering to do additional work if needed without any hassle at all.

Absolutely credit to his profession! Sadly, my door is not suitable for a cat flap but the blinds were put up and Mr Richards even repaired my wooden pelmet that was coming away from the wall, that supports my curtain pole and curtains . Mr. Richards arrived ahead of schedule ( even that was the next day after quoting for the job). He carried out all the work to a highly professional standard, left absolutely no mess and was professional, courteous and carried out all the work very quickly. I really cannot recommend him enough. Andy did a fantastic job. Initially, he called to discuss the job (which was useful) and then booked me in. He was punctual, friendly, professional and did the job at a very reasonable cost and to a high standard. No mess left after the job either. Highly recommend.
