Andy and his team were respectful, communicative, tidy and keen to do everything they could to stick to our timescales and get our family in our new home in time! Andy was not just a builder but a partner during the renovation, offering suggestions and advice about how to do things differently than we had imagined - even offering ways to bring costs down when our budget got tighter! Andy was exceptionally honest and always followed the job through. Highly recommend, we are loving being in our lovingly restored Edwardian home. Thank you Andy & Sons!

Andy has great attention to detail. He is tidy, considerate of neighbours, very responsive and kept to projected timeline.

Excellent all round

Andy and Sons rearranged the lay out of the upstairs of my London flat to add allow space for an extra en-suite and also extended the main bathroom to allow much more space (removing a water storage unit and adding a combi boiler). It was complex work because the flat is so old and bound by the limitations of the block's plumbing system, yet Andy found a way round the many obstacles, including making investigations about the block's plumbing, giving me solutions and ordering specialist things himself. It looks really great and came at a great price if you consider the complications.
