  Replaced Locking Strap

  I’m extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend Mark. He responded very quickly to my enquiry, communicated clearly, and was upfront and honest about pricing. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issue efficiently, and was able to fix the problem there and then as he fortunately had the correct locking part with him. The work was carried out professionally and everything was checked before he left. Mark was friendly, reassuring, and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely use him again.

  Gaining Entry To My Home...

  After having another company turn up and break my Door Locks & Handles, whilst still not gaining entry, I called Mark and he was very professional and helpful, he gained entry within minutes and has rectified the sub-standard work of the other company. 5☆ Service, highly recommended!!!

  Emergency Entry & Lock Repair

  I called Mark to gain entry to my house after (a so called locksmith) from www.locksmith247-co.uk failed to gain entry AND damaged my door, lock gearbox and handles!!!! Mark was brilliant, opened my door and fixed the other companies incompetence immediately! 5☆ service, very polite and extremely professional.
