Our shower pump developed a leak and Ricky responded to our emergency call close to Christmas where others had declined. Arrived promptly, assessed parts required and went to get them. He was able to complete on the same day which was brilliant. He was friendly and spent the time explaining things to us.

Requested a quote for a radiator to be fixed and the shower dials to work. Ricky was very efficient and completed the work there and then which was great. Would defiantly recommend.

I you want a plumbing job done properly then Ricardo is your man! He was professional from the moment he stepped through the door to the moment he left. He was most considerate, putting covers over his shoes whilst inside and using towels to catch any water escaping from the faulty valves and associated pipework during the work. The restricted space between the sink and units did not faze him while he replaced the valves and pipework leaving a much better arrangement than we were left with by the previous plumber. Now we don't have to use a screwdriver to close the valve, we can do it by hand.

Ricardo arrived promptly and immediately covered his shoes to walk through the house. Ricardo was polite and efficient and managed to unblock my bathroom sink and also was able to unblock my pop up Bath waste. I would have no hesitation calling him back if I have any further plumbing issues.

Following a prompt response to an emergency call out at Xmas I asked Anderson Plumbers to take on a tricky job in our 1930s home after several other firms had let me down. Despite finding a number of issues along the way caused by historic plumbing repairs and a sink unit I had purchased in advance, Rickie found a way around all of them, discussing options and keeping me informed at all times. Eric, his tiler, did a great job re tiling the shower and around the sink area. Rickie is prompt, tidy and excellent to work with. I highly recommend and have him on speed dial for future plumbing jobs.
