I had no heating or hot water, on and off for weeks. When my boiler was deemed unrepairable, my insurer put me in touch with Alex who was so helpful. Within 4 days, I have a new boiler and heating system. A shout out to Josh who did the work. Alex was very efficient and gave fair advice. I had asked for a routine boiler service but he noticed the old gasket was eroding and as the boiler was over 10 yrs old he advised to have it replaced. Work was carried out promptly and he forwarded photos of work carried out as I had not been present during the service.
