  Replacement of CH boiler and DHW cylinder

  From the start the representative Alex was knowledgeable & gave very good advice as to what I needed. The installation of a new Vaillant CH boiler was seemless, over two days both engineers worked hard without constant phone calls and mini breaks. Both were impressive in the way they proceeded, completed the job, cleaned up after them and explained to me what had been done followed by a teach-in on how to use the remote control. Overall a very impressive piece of work including the installation of a replacement DHW cylinder, I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

  Brilliant service received

  We booked Alex for a boiler service via a really helpful on line booking system, where we could just pick a date. He arrived on time and was really friendly and helpful, suggesting a pragmatic work around for something and sorting the service. Within a couple of weeks we had a completely unrelated issue with getting the boiler to ignite, and he responded to a call the same day to pop in and get us going again. He took the time to show me what might be the issue (blocked pipe under the sink for condensing water) and re assure me around how many resets is ok.
