Such friendly people, an absolute pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much hassle, they definately go above and beyond.

Called ams roofing & property maintenance they popped out on the 1st visit & talked me through every step of the work what was going to be carried out & the next day the scaffolding went up & the work was started & completed exactly with in the 7 days what we got told at the start of the job , Was very happy from start to finish very clean & tidy

The job looked good from the outside. I had a leak that started after they replaced the roof, to begin with I was told it was due to water that had been sitting on the roof. It continued and I was told my ledges needed replacing. It happened again, in Sept 24. Matthew said he would come out and look, he didn't turn up. I contacted him again in March 25 as the leak had started again. Initially he was coming to look. He then told me he would charge me if it wasn't on my property. New roofers have found rotting boards( which AMS replaced) and tarpaulin underneath to catch water.

They just did an amazing job with my felt and Battons and repointing my ridges
