Excellent service which was very quickly dealt with and customer service was brilliant, explained the issues and how to avoid the problem in the future.

A.M.S Drains were great from the get go, the staff in the office were lovely, the attending engineer arrived on time and was not only very polite but also very knowledgeable and helpful. The service I experienced was great, the job was completed with no hassle and I will be recommending this company to others.

I telephoned twice on separate days to ask for help with a blocked rainwater drain to a soakaway. I was told both times that they would call me back to make an appointment, but they never did.

I initially called AMS in to clear a blockage and carry out a CCTV survey, which they did and I was happy with the work carried out and the report. My issue has been getting them to come back and carry out follow-up work that they themselves recommended. Despite contacting the company five times over a period of around 6 weeks they have not got back to me. Each time I call they fob me off with a lame excuse and promise to call back but they never do. Overall, very frustrating and it feels like a company with no management or concern for its customers.

Despite extremely heavy bank holiday traffic, the AMS operator attended our blocked drain as promptly as he could. He was very pleasant with a good sense of humour. Within the hour the problem was resolved and he left the site clean and tidy. Overall - an excellent service.
