Spoke to the boss Tony on the phone - he responded to job posted. He sent over Dave (who as it turned out was a sub-contractor) - Dave was on site, took photos and then reverted back to Tony. Then Tony quoted the repair of my roof at £700 plus £100 for the porch bit, plus free gutter-cleaning. I agreed. The bill reflected this. I did mention that I will not have scaffolding on this job. Dave said that won't be a problem - they have tall scaffold towers. On24/4, one worker came and did the porch bit and gutter cleaning. Another one came, THEN LEFT without doing anything. Tony wants £400 more.

Tony responded to my query within minutes and came to see the roof that morning. His team did an incredible job to completely strip and redo the flat roof in one day. Throughout the day I was kept updated of the progress with photos and the team were so polite, friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Company came in mid estimate for the flat roof and, when condition of pitched roof was revealed, offered a very competitive price to extend the job. Everything explained fully and no pressure applied to extend the work. Each member of the team very hard working, polite and professional. We were kept updated of progress daily with photos supplied of roof condition before and after. Overall a thorough job completed quickly.
