    Work was completed on date agreed. Slight issue with timing of job - originally stated late afternoon then changed on day to morning with short notice.

    Hi Richard, I called before to check if I could come earlier and you agreed as it was just a light fitting. If it wasn’t suitable you could have kept the 1pm slot. I think the scores given are unfair as everything was smooth and your sister wanted me back as I hoovered and went above and beyond.

    Changing a light fitting was not the biggest Job he will have to do but he did it quickly without any fuss or mess very efficient

    Excellent Service !

    Jonathan did an excellent job, he was knowledgeable, efficient and very reliable. He always on time and even turned up when he had an injured hand. He was friendly and helpful worked really well with the other fitters installing a new Media Wall, when new tasks popped up he just explained them and handled them for me. I can't recommend Jonathan highly enough !!
