Wrong Expensive Diagnostic

AM plumbing attended my flat for a bathroom leak diagnostic. After taking a look within few seconds, his first words were "this is going to cost you". Upon asking what the problem is, he did talk many words but wasn't clear on pointing it out specifically. He then went about asking why don't I do a whole bathroom renovation by adding a few thousand pounds more (even though I bought the flat a year ago). He quoted me £3000 and said tiles need to come down. I am glad not to followed his advice, and got a second opinion. I ended up needing a £15 fill valve replacement. 2 months passed, no issues!

Armin, was great! Came round the very next day, replaced degrading rubber pipes and fitted new and better plastic pipes, also fixed another issue we had that a previous plumber didn't. Will definitely be using Armin for future plumbing issues.

Armin let us know when he was on his way and turned up on time. He was very polite and was a lovely, courteous chap! He identified our issue swiftly and organised a fix immediately. We were extremely happy with the work and will definitely be using him again in the future.
