Helped with locating a leak and sorting it

Seyed responded quickly and was good at keeping me updated. The quality of his work and advice were of a high standard.

Mo was absolutely fantastic. Track and trace and pipe replacement for this job was very difficult as the leak was located behind the shower and in the ceiling so involved removing fixes from both the bathroom side and underneath from the lounge, with the ceiling awkwardly underneath a staircase. Someone who really knows his trade, very nice, great communication throughout, and who did an excellent job. Wholeheartedly recommend to anyone.

I had a leak on my toilet and couldn’t identify the issue was. I posted the job in the evening and Seyed responded first thing in the morning. Seyed was so helpful. He booked me in towards the end of the day as he had other jobs. He kept in contact and messaged when he was coming over. I am extremely grateful he managed to squeeze us in. The toilet ended up needed replacing and Seyed was so helpful in going to purchase the toilet for us and then replacing the unit. He worked so quickly and efficiently. I’m sure the job took longer than initially anticipated but he remained so professional.
