  loss of free sat signal

  Contacted Amicord via an e-mail after losing our free sat signal. The e-mail was answered with a phone call from Mike a minute later. How efficient is that? After explaining the problem to him he said he could call round that afternoon. He arrived on time and explained the options and prices to me after checking our equipment. A new satellite dish pick up and a new free sat box later and it was all working fine. He explained how the new free sat box worked, slightly different to the old one. All in all, a perfect job.

  Replacing broken satellite dish

  Having read all the positive reviews, I contacted Amicord yesterday for a quote with replacing my old satellite dish which had stopped working, and I'm so glad that I did. Michael called me back almost immediately and arranged a quote and was able to come this morning with his son to change my dish. Very professional and friendly with excellent communication throughout the process and very punctual. I especially appreciate that they are a family run business. The job was completed within an hour and I'm very satisfied with everything, including the free warrantee. Highly recommended!!!!

  Replace aerial to improve signal strength. Diagnose and repair broken cable

  Reliable family business. Diagnosed fault at no cost. Provided quotation for remedial work which was acceptable. Carried out work on same day and resolved an additional problem - broken cable - at no additional cost. Added to my list of go to tradesmen.

  New satellite dish for freesat.

  Brilliant job carried out by Michael this morning...replaced the satellite dish and new connectors to enable full freesat in multi rooms. A very nice man & would definitely recommend.

  fitted new sky q dish

  We had only a few channels working. Arranged with Michael when he contacted me to visit at 1pm the following day. He messaged to say he could call earlier which was fine. Explained options and costs clearly and due to old dish being damaged by building work a new Sky Q dish was fitted. Checked that all channels were now working before he left and gave a receipt with a 2 year guarantee. We are very happy with all aspects of work carried out from the initial contact to the work being completed. Would have no hesitation in recommending him.

  Aerial Removal

  We had an aerial that had fallen onto the roof and causing a lot of noise at night with the wind and we simply wanted it gone as we don't watch live TV. Michael was great, super friendly and polite, booking an appointment was easy, everything was upfront and made clear. The work was done quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend.
