Back boiler at my father's house broke. Contacted Alex and he came looked at and arranged to replace. Left heaters for my elderly dad. Alec replaced the boiler over 2 days. We were very pleased with the work. As the pipe work is old in my dad's bungalow, the pressure dropped. I contacted Alec, he talked me through how to get it back working. The next day he came and checked it over. When it went down again he came and flushed through some substance to hopefully help and seal if a leak. This has worked and we are allvwry relieved. Alec is a very friendly, trustworthy professional who goes out of his way to offer a 1st class service at a good price. He is always on hand for advice and never tries to sell you the most expensive product on the market. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Alec and I have been using his services over the past 3 years without any issues. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Alex sends me a message reminder when my boiler is due a service and arranges a date and time to do it. He always turns up on time and provides an excellent level of service. Highly recommended this chap 👍
