  Amer came to install a new boiler for us, but before starting he properly tested everything and quickly realised the boiler wasn’t actually the issue. He found and fixed a fault with a leaking valve that was causing the electrics to trip. What really impressed us was his honesty. It would have been easy to just fit the new boiler, but instead he took the time to explain what he’d found and reassured us. In the end we did have him install the boiler. He was calm, thorough and clearly takes pride in doing the job properly. Very trustworthy. we’d happily recommend him.

  Large job split into two days, inc powerflush, balancing radiators, fitting TRVs and boiler repair.

  When we first contacted Amer we believed we only needed / wanted a balancing and then valves fitted (50/50 on powerflush). On our request he managed to squeeze in a visit between jobs and explained in detail his analysis of the issue and proposed a slightly different course of action. Pricing was clear. His methodology of carrying out the powerflush was of someone of a high calibre and demonstrates he is very well qualified. Overall very trustworthy, transparent and skilled. Look forward to booking him for the second full day, and future services. It's just a shame he is so popular/busy.

  New Boiler and Smart Thermostat Installation

  Had new boiler fitted on 3rd January 2025. Amer provided excellent service from start to finish. He arrived nice and early for the install after having performed a thorough system clean the day before to get the best outcome. Very clean and professional work, good communication and he provided useful advice on how to operate efficiently. Amer subsequently installed a smart thermostat and outdoor sensor. Very pleased with boiler, heating works better than it ever has. I highly recommend Amer.
