I regret to say that I have never encountered a more unprofessional group of individuals. Initially, I reached out to Anthony, who was responsive at first and scheduled a visit to my property to review the job on 20/05/25. However, he failed to show up and subsequently ignored all my attempts to contact him. I also contacted Marc, who called me initially, but I missed his call. Despite returning his call the same day, he has not responded to any of my messages. Finally, I called the office on 21/03/25 & was assured that someone would get back to me and no one has bothered to follow up.

I think they did extremely and exactly what I asked for with efficiency.

Only company I found anywhere. Very experienced customer service. Free visit to measure and estimate. Also checked for any other problems. Cost as expected. Work done at time I requested - very helpful and tidy. Invoice sent by email. Couldn’t have been better.
