  Conservatory roof replacement, garage roof and plumbing repairs

  Mirek obtained and installed replacement double glazed units for my conservatory roof. He also organised scaffolding for the garage roof next to it and carried out the necessary repairs. All the work was done to a very high standard. I discovered a serious water leak in my kitchen around the time he started work. He knew what the problem was, obtained a part next day, fitted it and explained how to dry the kitchen out. I'm very pleased with everything he has done and wouldn't hesitate to ask him to work for me again.

  Great job done

  Mirek has carried out work on our property and it's been brilliant. Jobs done thoroughly to the utmost quality. He is very knowledgeable and experienced, a true professional. He has carried out chemical damp proofing walls in our cellar and living room, repaired a crack in the gable wall - hellicar bars and stitching, fitting skirting boards, guttering and plastering. Very reliable.

  Installing three roof lights including constructing the openings for them

  He installed all three lights in a timely and tidy manner, working around personal and family illness and in challenging winter conditions. The work quoted for was high quality and to quote. Additional work needed on the roof was charged at the pre agreed contractual rate.

  Painting outside of house

  Mirek applied 6 coats of top quality paint to the outside of my house, 2 each of primer, undercoat and gloss. He did a first class job, achieving an excellent finish that can be expected to last for many years. I appreciated the fact that he drew up a contract that we both signed, so I knew what we were both committing ourselves to. I will be asking him to do more work for me in the future and have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

  We were provided excellent advice on how to best proceed with the job and the work was conducted very professionally and thoroughly. Despite the quick turnaround nature of the job and additional challenges that arose throughout, the job was completed on time to a high quality. We were very pleased with the work and would definitely use AMD again for any future works due to their honesty and high quality. We had been let down by a few contractors previously but Mirek made sure we weren’t let down again. Would highly recommend. One of the best contractors I have worked with.
