Job location: UB10Excellent job from start to finish. Sam completed the survey, listened to our requirements, didn’t over spec but made good options. The quote was clear and easy to understand. Donna provided the email communication which was very clear and Tony installed the system and he was very knowledgeable, professional, leaving the area clean and tidy as if he was never there. He gave a good brief and didn’t leave until I understood fully how to use the system. The whole team was very friendly, professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Ambush team. 10 Home Alarm

I would like to say a big thank you to Mary, who went over and above to help me with guidance regarding my alarm malfunctioning due to broadband changes and also sensor that were low on battery. Engineer came out and sorted the issues, he was efficient, tidy and was happy to answer any question. Very professional company and highly recommended. Prompt replies o all queries by email and phone. Competitive quotation for alarm system and installation. Additional options offered with quote - e.g. mobile app/service contract. Engineer arrived on time, was very pleasant, and completed the work to a high standard. We provide installations and ongoing services for Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, Entry Phone, Gates, Shutters and Barriers, Smoke Detection and Fire Alarms for both domestic and commercial customers in London and the surrounding area.
We achieved NSI Gold status in 2003.
This means we are audited every 6 months against quality standards.
